HOW TO USE FOR BEST RESULTS: 

As with any supplement, consistency is key for achieving success.

Look in the mirror.

  1. Take 3 - 10 drops, 2 or 3 times daily.
  2.  Drop under the tongue and hold the oil in your mouth, without swallowing, for one to two minutes. (Two mins for best absorption )
  3. Avoid touching the dropper to your mouth to preserve the quality of the oil.
  4. Try starting with 5 drops. If you get the result you are looking for, you can reduce the dose. If not, you can increase the dose by up to 10 drops.
  5. Don’t eat or drink for 10 mins as you’ll just wash it away.

The 20ml bottle gives over 400 drops. One drop of 300mg gives approximately 0.75mg of CBD.
